I’m a total Joomla! novice but they never patronised me or made me feel like an idiot. I am honestly amazed and delighted to find someone who has the same customer ethics that I try to employ. I started out just buying a template and the help they gave me was really above beyond what I expected. They even fixed problems caused by someone else! And without asking. They just quietly fixed it. Since then I have decided to work with them on customizing my site and when that’s done, I’ll get their help and advice on my other sites too.
